Ok, I don’t really want to sound bitchy…but I’m so very frustrated at the moment. I realize that the power company wants to get the most number of people on as they possibly can and they prioritize accordingly, but isn’t there something to be said for the length of time your power has been out? I mean, in our little 3 or 4 block section of town the power went out during the very first squall line yesterday, and it is STILL out – with no signs of repair activity on that or the downed power line that is about 3 blocks away from our outages (and where, in a bit of irony, there is power to the houses).

Yes, I’m being bitchy and whiny and I know people out there have it and have had it worse. I just wanna go home. I want to sleep in my bed and not a twin bed. I want to figure out what the stench is that is permeating my house. I want to call the roofing company and tell them that the leak is still there.

Blah.

I think I’m going to bed now. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
