Ok, Healthy Dude types

I’ve heard from several sources that a daily multivitamin really isn’t the best way to get your vitamins in. I was at CVS yesterday and I picked up a “Vitamins To Go” Pack that included the following –

Vitamin E (400mg)
Beta Carotene
Zinc (25mg)
B-Maxi Complex
Vitamin C

I’ve also picked up some Fish Oil (2x1200mg Omega-3 twice daily)

Anything else you reccomend I pick up?
