FINALLY. Something positive at the scale.

Quite positive, really.

I had a feeling I was going to see something good this week. I got comfortably into a pair of size 40 slacks this morning that were darned near impossible to put on the last time I wore them (about 3 or 4 weeks ago, if I recall correctly). I’m starting to see a bit of a change in the mirror, too, but I’ll really be able to compare later tonight as it is picture night (going to take the pictures when I get home from rehearsal).

Whoo hoo!

Now…if I can just survive the next week (house guests who have promised to take us out to dinner no less than twice)

Oh..heh..Maya (Yourself Fitness trainer) told me today that my consistency in my workouts has been “outstanding.” I realize there was no truly “personal” motivation behind that comment, but it was nice to hear anyway.

(Small gripe, though – STILL 1.4 pounds away from my pre-Goth Cruise weight. Damn, man. I’m gonna eat more fruit next time.)
