I’m a little surprised at that one. I was well within my points for the week, but I definitely didn’t get the necessary vegetable servings in every day. I’ve just been too busy to go to the story. K. was remarking this morning on how much weight I’ve lost, so I’m really not all that concerned. It could just be excess water or the fact that I weighed in an hour earlier than I usually do AND I ate a pretty late lunch.

So no worries, really. Keep on keepin’ on.
