Grrrrrr

This is getting really frustrating. I had a bad day on Easter. I fully own that. But I’m still getting my workouts in. I still tracked everything I ate every other day this week. I’m still drinking my water…and I’m still putting on weight.

Logically, I suspect I know what’s happening. Maya has been working me really hard recently. I even increased my workout time a few days this week to 45 minutes. I can FEEL the muscles in my chest getting larger and tighter. Krystalle is constantly commenting on how, physically, I’m changing for the better.

But the scale isn’t showing it, and as much as I know I shouldn’t be, I’m still beholden to those numbers. I want to see them go DOWN, not fucking UP.

I need to buy a measuring tape. I need to see some kind of concrete progress, or I’m going to derail myself again.

Sigh.

Oh well. Off to squeeze in a workout before rehearsal.
